Job description

It Hub Inc is looking for a Business Analyst with Enterprise Architecture experience. This position is 100% remote.

Strictly no H1s. Preferably someone with clearance. Candidate should go thru the clearance process.

Business Analyst activities using Agile methodology. Collaborate with team members, customer communications and project deliverables. Eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of cloud operations to design solutions.

A Business Analyst working with an Enterprise Architecture team typically needs a blend of technical and soft skills, along with specific knowledge related to enterprise architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications (like TOGAF, CBAP) can be advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technology or enterprise architecture environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with IT stakeholders and understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Experience in documenting complex processes and presenting them to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, for data analysis, process automation, and application development.
  • Microsoft Power platform certification is desirable.
  • Expertise in using Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Proficiency in modeling enterprise architecture (using tools like ArchiMate, Sparx Enterprise Architect).
  • Knowledge of database management, software development, and system integration.
  • Ability to analyze and document business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address enterprise architecture challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and presenting them.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the agency.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is often beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Enterprise Architecture team and other departments.
  • Skilled in negotiating and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in enterprise architecture and business analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business environments.
  • Documenting enterprise architecture processes and frameworks.
  • Presenting documented processes for adoption within the agency.
  • Facilitating communication between the IT department and business units.
  • Analyzing the impact of proposed changes on the enterprise architecture.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
