Formal training, education, knowledge, and experience in workplace mentoring and coaching.
At least 4 to 10 years of detailed experience in supporting workplace mentoring and coaching in a federal environment to include conducting effective one-on-one mentoring session, administering self-assessment instruments, and providing feedback to help participants personal and professional growth.Mentor Program Services
) Provide external mentors (up to 10-depending on number of mentees accepted into program)
b) Match mentors to external mentees
c) Each mentor should conduct a minimum of 12 one-on-one mentoring sessions with their mentees
d) Conduct one (1) group mentoring session and three (3) hosted events
Mentor Program Execution
) Plan and facilitate three program events Kick-Off/Orientation, Midpoint and Closing event.
b) Identify, secure and match FRTIB participants (up to 10 mentees anticipated) accepted in the Mentor's Program with qualified SES-level mentors.
c) Each mentor should conduct monthly 60-90-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions with their assigned mentees.
d) Additional sessions for all mentees with a career advancement guidance specialist who would provide tips and techniques for avoiding a career plateau and prioritizing and meeting career goals
e) Propose and provide a tested and valid self-assessment instrument to administer to all participants and deliver results and feedback. This assessment selected must help participants identify strengths and/or weakness for further individual development. The Vendor is responsible for the cost and associated procurement of the assessment. The proposed assessment must be approved by FRTIB.
f) Conduct a minimum of one group mentoring session of up to two hours. This session should focus on topics relating to individual development topics such as personal branding, how to receive feedback, etc.
Program Evaluation
) Provide program evaluations to participants that capture the participants' experience in the program and recommendations on potential program enhancements.
b) Provide Comprehensive summary report of participant's completion and experience. 9 Skill set info The contractor shall provide key personnel on this contract that have the following qualifications:
