Resident Services Coordinator

Job description

The Resident Services Coordinator, under direct supervision of the Property Manager, is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions, resident and front desk support as well as providing administrative support to the management staff. The Resident Services Coordinator is a member of the on-site team, which includes the Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, and the Marketing Assistants (Leasing Agents). The on-site team works together to provide a high level of customer service to our residents and to maintain the best student housing community in our area.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel.

Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all residents, guarantors, vendors, owners, staff, etc. - by phone, in person, and email.

Responsible for maintaining an efficient and friendly front desk atmosphere.

? Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/packages, shipping and receiving

? Responsible for placing follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staff

? Responsible for maintenance of common spaces/amenities for appearance and functionality

? Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained and ordering supplies as needed.

? Responsible for managing supplies in model home fridge and ordering supplies as needed.

? Responsible for planning and executing community events/parties for residents.

? Provide support for site team

? Leasing functions (scheduling and taking tours, closing prospects, following up with prospects)

? Performing Marketing Tasks

? Responsible for all social media platforms

? other duties as assigned

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

? Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

? Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude

? Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment

? Good writing skills

? Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently

? Working knowledge of MS Office programs to include Excel, Word and Outlook

? Familiarity with ENTRATA a plus
