Oak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

We are hiring a Community TV Manager to provide overall direction and creative vision to the TV studio within the community.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually

How you will make an impact:

  • Managing the production of programs, special events, and any other productions in the studio.
  • Building relationships with departmental and resident leadership.
  • Overseeing the continued training of staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • Conducting weekly meetings to assess the operation and programming of the station.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in television production.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Effective coaching skills.
  • Previous experience leading teams is preferred
