Oak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. We are hiring a Community TV Manager to provide overall direction and creative vision to the TV studio within the community.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually
How you will make an impact:
- Managing the production of programs, special events, and any other productions in the studio.
- Building relationships with departmental and resident leadership.
- Overseeing the continued training of staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Conducting weekly meetings to assess the operation and programming of the station.
- State of the art community campuses, ongoing expansion plans, and design enhancements to ensure Erickson Senior Living continues to set the standard for senior living excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in television production.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Effective coaching skills.
- Previous experience leading teams is preferred
