We want to add part-time Care Pros to our team with weekday and weekend availability. Home Instead understands that your time is valuable, so we create consistent and reliable schedules for Care Pros that match our client's needs.

Responsibilities

Your shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Clients' needs vary, so we match Care Professionals' skills to the client's needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, etc according to the client's needs. You will not be providing any skilled nursing tasks like administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy. You will be working under the supervision of our Registered Nurses to provide the highest quality of care to the seniors in our community.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States and Ability to work within our scheduling with consistency. Some examples are, but not limited to:
  • 8 AM-12 PM
  • 8 AM-4 PM
  • 10AM-2 PM
  • 12 PM-5 PM
  • 5 PM-10 PM
  • 10 PM-8 AM
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Reliable transportation with unexpired and valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
