OverviewJoin our team! Chenega Naswik International is looking for a Project Manager to manage a security guard force for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The Project Manager (PM) will control and manage the overall administration of the security contract.. The PM shall ensurethat: (1) the goals and objectives of the project, and (2) problem resolution and customer satisfaction are accomplished within prescribed times and funding parameters.* This position is contingent upon contract award*ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Get To Do:* Manage on-site employees across multiple sites throughout Northern Virginia, ensuring contract compliance and meeting customer needs* Responsible for implementing the Contractor's Quality Control Plan and ensuring that the Contractor's workforce complies with the contract requirements.* Oversee quality control of contract deliverables.* Available to receive and implement Post or General Orders (or instructions) from the Government that affect the work, operations and services performed by the contractor's workforce.* Responsible for interfacing with organized labor and complying with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.* Responsible for interviewing and hiring of employees on contract.QualificationsYou'll Bring These Qualifications:* A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience to include: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.* Bachelor's degree in any field of study or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience.* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Nice to have:* Knowledge of FPS directives pertaining to security operations* Knowledge of current issues, trends, laws, regulations, and technologies* Ability to provide recommendations, as needed, to the COR regarding security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.* Skill in satisfactorily dealing with customers.* Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
