About the Role

Ogilvy is looking for a team that has a passion for collaboration within a large team(s) in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to create highly creative and effective marketing and advertising products that are rooted in strategy. The team must also be persuasive in presenting and selling concepts to internal teams, senior company leaders and clients. This is a position for seasoned, driven, results oriented, and highly creative individuals with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines.

What you will do:

* Conceptualize and execute results-oriented advertising and marketing content for agency projects across all mediums including digital, social, print, OOH, experiential, new tech, video, and TVC, with oversight and direction from ACD and/or CD teams.

* Translate brand visions and strategies into innovative campaigns that engage with targeted audiences.

* Effectively communicate concepts to all internal and external teams.

* Ensure client and team satisfaction while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

* Participate in client presentations to pitch work to existing and/or new clients.

* Manage fast-paced workload while optimizing operational efficiency.

* Regularly keep up with advertising, communications, and tech trends.

* Maintain positive and effective relationships with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Account Service, Project Management, and Planning etc.), external teams (vendors, production companies) as well as with clients.

What you will need:

* 5-8+ years' experience in an agency setting

* A deep understanding of writing principles

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential

* Portfolio and work samples required
