Home Health PT Job Details: Pay Rate: $2,150-$2,350 Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Available Shift: Days, Monday Friday, 5 shifts per week Start Date: 06/17/2024 Located In: Montgomery County, MD Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency, have a valid PT license and be willing to obtain MD licensure. As a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, fostering independence and improving their quality of life. This one-on-one healthcare approach allows you to connect and collaborate with individuals on their care, while acting as an advocate for their needs and quality of life.
