Job Title- Business Systems Analyst Master

Work Location- 200 I Street, SE Washington DC (2 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE)

Rate:$90/hr. on C2C

Visa: USC and GC

Duration: 12+ Months

16+ years of experience. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. work on site 2 days a week.

The BA shall define specifications and requirements and work with the vendors to ensure successful development. This position shall serve as the Subject Matter Expert on developing and implementing multiple new systems for the Crime Scene Services unit, including JusticeTrax, CrimePad, FileOnQ, Leica, and their required interfaces and dashboards.

The BA shall be involved in developing project plans as-is processes and often providing project management skills when these skills are unavailable to other project participants. In addition, the BA shall research, evaluate, and recommend architectural frameworks, technology solutions, and implementation strategies.
