Job description
Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph DATABASE DEVELOPMENT / ADMINISTRATION Duties: (U) Develop formal database requirements for Sponsor consideration. (U) Analyze existing databases and data needs to develop effective systems. (U) Translate database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other database systems. (U) Design, develop, implement and maintain database structures. (U) Design and maintain interactive web databases and web services; design graphics and user interfaces. (U) Develop, test, implement and maintain security procedures to protect databases from unauthorized usage. (U) Develop, test, implement and maintain complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development. (U) Ensure data quality and integrity in databases. (U) Write interfaces to other database systems. (U) Integrate modules, test and resolve any errors. (U) Conduct unit/functional testing. (U) Track and resolve discrepancy reports. (U) Modify databases according to requirements and perform testing of modifications. (U) Organize content, develop color schemes, design and produce graphics. REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: The Contractor shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:
Demonstrated experience translating detailed design into computer software.
Demonstrated experience ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Demonstrated experience preparing documentation such as program-level, user-level, and security documentation.
Demonstrated experience translating database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other database systems.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining database structures.
Demonstrated experience designing interactive web databases and web services, and user interfaces.
Demonstrated experience developing security procedures to protect databases from unauthorized usage.
Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and MS Azure cloud technologies. DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: Skills and demonstrated knowledge that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
Demonstrated experience analyzing customer requirements and providing technical expertise on cloud cluster computing techniques and technologies.
Demonstrated experience designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation.
Demonstrated experience working with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
Demonstrated experience designing and customizing software for client use in a cloud environment with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
Demonstrated experience providing technical support during software installation or configuration.MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph NOTE: Must have an active TS-SCI with poly. No sponsorships or upgrades are available. Submissions without this requirement will not be considered. H1-B holders will not be considered. Benefits:
