Installed Building Products is seeking a talented, dependable, and dedicated Reporting Analyst. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning and analysis of financial and insurance data related to insurance and claim portfolios. This position is responsible for providing internal monthly, quarterly, annual, and risk/safety-related reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports branches' reporting requests based on their needs for claim-specific financial & insurance data and analytics.
• Prepares monthly insurance cost allocations for accounting and branches.
• Prepares data for insurance submissions and keeps broker advised of changes throughout the policy term.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on claim trends to help identify areas of improvement.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Risk or insurance experience preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with a prominent level of accuracy in data analysis.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information.
• Expertise with Excel formulas and functions.
• Familiarity with the Office Suite.
