Job description
Manages the overall operation and maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds
Manages the maintaining of compliance with all procedures, policies, and regulations and ensures timely responses to regulatory issues and inspection findings
Plans facilities' organizational structure to accommodate growth and change in priorities
Determines needs for equipment leases, purchases, and services
Negotiates contracts with vendors and maintain vendor relationships
Ensures that projects meet specifications and budgets
Ensures that necessary licenses and permits are obtained
May act as liaison to leasing and property management organizations and planning commissions
SCOPE OF ROLE: May have direct reports who are typically exempt.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $111,700 - $151,124. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
