Your work will be foundational in the development of residential projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with building codes, and seamless integration of design elements. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to bring visions to life.
***Key Responsibilities***
* Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
* Interpret and incorporate design specifications, building codes, and other technical documents.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design challenges and ensure project feasibility.
* Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings and documentation.
* Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
***Qualifications***
* Associate degree or certification in Architectural Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
