We are looking to hire reliable and caring PCAs to join our team! We want caregivers who are passionate about providing friendly and compassionate care. We want patient-focused individuals who desire to provide quality home care and want to provide our clients with the best possible care with dignity.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: We have flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide our clients with safe, compassionate, and reliable care with dignity.


• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.


• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using mobility aids and equipment.


• Medication reminder.


• Basic food preparation: assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met and shopping.


• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Veteran care, Alzheimer's care, and Dementia care.


• Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION

• Previous experience


• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.


• Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately.


• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.


• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.


• Must pass a background check and drug screening
