We are actively seeking a Residential Field Supervisor to help lead our team of Service/Install Plumbers. The right candidate will have strong residential plumbing service/install experience and the natural ability to train and guide the team into continued success.

We are actively seeking a Residential Field Supervisor to help lead our team of Service/Install Plumbers. The right candidate will have strong residential plumbing service/install experience and the natural ability to train and guide the team into continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Train Service/Install Plumbers in technical areas, as well as in all areas of the Appleton Campbell service process
- Provide leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees.
- Conducts Plumbers Service/ Install meetings and training, as needed.
- Ensures team maintains clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance.
- Support Plumbing Department in reaching goals
- Visit job sites to ensure Quality Control
- Audit Install jobs for accuracy
Requirements:
- 10 years of plumbing experience preferred
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service skills a must
