About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to help benefit the lives of their local community. While working in accordance with the relevant Safety Regulations and departmental procedures, you will provide comprehensive skills with regards to their floor laying abilities to service the public, commercial and domestic premises within their local area.

This role covers a wide geographical area so a company van and fuel card are provided.

Role Criteria:

* Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.

* Experiencing preparing and laying polysafe flooring, floor tiles, Lino, Cap & Cove, Carpets screening, and carpentry.

* Programming and maintaining work within domestic and commercial premises.

* Strong ability in tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults.

* Must hold full UK driving license.
