Description:

The Quick Service Technician position is designed to perform routine maintenance and service on Honda and Acura vehicles, in support of the Honda Service Center.

Essential Job Functions:

* Perform routine maintenance on Honda and Acura vehicles including:

* Oil/Fluid Changes

* Tire Rotation/Repair/Replacement/Balancing

* Install Honda and Acura accessories

* Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary

* Replacement of vehicle brake components

* Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs

* Effectively communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts

* Follow safe work practices, keep shop area tidy and clean

* Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and communication

* Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations

Skills/Requirements:

* Must have valid drivers license

* High School Diploma or GED

* Strong mechanical skills: previous mechanical/shop experience required

* Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

* Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams

* Must have good communication and customer service skills

* Moderate computer experience preferred.

* Must wear steel toed shoes.

Lifting Requirements: 5 30 lbs.
