Qualifications:
- B.A. in Architecture
- 5-7+ years of Design and Technical experience related to a specific project type, or a diversified, reputable portfolio
- Know how to put together construction documents; be familiar and knowledgeable with State and Local codes, standards and regulations; prepare budgets and other various documents through the length of the project
- Have strong written and oral skills
- Be personable and relatable with clients and staff
- Have a good understanding and proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
