SUMMER SUPPORT
Starting on or after June 3 through August 31, 2024
Normal Working Hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday
**Yard/Serviceman- Up to 4 or 5 Hires**
This position will be responsible for general laborer tasks:
** Storeroom and Shipping - 1 Hire
This position will be responsible for general duties in the Storeroom and Shipping areas of the facility.
The applicants awarded the above job will have to wear their own steel toe boots; and the company will provide hardhats, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests.

This position will be responsible for general laborer tasks:
- General Housekeeping duties throughout the plant
- Operate equipment to carry out housekeeping
- Fixing dry wall and painting in core building,
- Painting lines in parking lots around plant, handrails; kiln piers; and buildings
- Power washing signs
- Various duties as assigned
- Required to work safely at all times
- Complete all assigned work in compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements, including safety programs administered at a State or Local level were allowed by the Department of Labor.
** Storeroom and Shipping - 1 Hire
This position will be responsible for general duties in the Storeroom and Shipping areas of the facility.
- Projects include but not limited to digital photos of parts and organization changes in the storeroom.
- Inventory support/reporting
- Goods Receipts scanning in SAP
- Creation of electronic inspection spreadsheets, electronic documentation of plant facility equipment like port-a-pot locations,
- Trash and metal hopper locations, etc.
- Creation of SOP's for Storeroom, etc.
- Also, general Summer cleanup, which could include detailed cleaning under storage shelves and racks, reorganizing parts, painting safety hand/guard rails, cleaning out storage building and other items as t

What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in an open pit mine a plus
- Experience using (or ability to learn) plant mobile equipment
- Ability to use shovel, broom, jackhammer, sweeper, forklift, bobcat and vacuum truck.
- Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required
- Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending (bending at the waist, lifting above the waist and lifting below the waist), kneeling, reaching, grasping (use of both hands), squatting, repetitive motions, manipulative finger movements with both hands, use of wrists (flexing or rotating with both wrists), use of both feet, use of arms above and below shoulder, work extended periods of time in same position, perform duties in all climates i.e. weather, extreme temperatures, tolerate heights, lift and carry up to 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, capable of wearing respiratory and other personal protective equipment
