$45,000 to $50,000 plus full benefits!

POSITION SUMMARY:

To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region

* Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process

* Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result

* Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer

* Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs

* Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues

* Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent

2. Have one year of sales experience. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.

3. Must have exceptional customer services skills

4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required

5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds

6. Be able to work independently and problem solve
