Job description

GridIron IT is seeking multiple Administrative Analystlocal to Chantilly, VA.

Active TopSecretClearance required!
** Must be able to obtain SCI CI Polygraph
Administrative Analyst will utilize job aids, templates, tools, and procedures, and directly assistintelligence units in tracking and reporting their daily and weekly production.
Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Track and update required information in program production tracking systems.
Track production against the intelligence units' production plans.
Update and maintain units' production data in CPIEB tracking systems.
Communicate metrics, reports, dashboards, and other materials requiring
intelligence unit validation.
Support production and coordination functions for intelligence units' products andreports, researching/maintaining/updating product metadata.
Facilitate the upload of intelligence products into Sentinel, in collaboration withproduct authors/co?authors, ensuring appropriate case files, tags, authorship, and other DIrequirements are appropriately met.
Maintain and/or update BUNET and Internal (when applicable) SharePoint sites,rosters, organizational charts, and other collateral documentation as standardized by CIPU, andas directed by intelligence unit SIAs and UCs.
Coordinate, at least once a week, with CIPU and all other contract administrativeanalysts to ensure standardized processes and best practices are maintained and advocatedacross the program.
Build, organize, and maintain electronic data files (including target folders, threatstrategies, production plans, etc.) to support units' data management.
Assist intelligence units in documenting, consolidating, organizing, and deconflictingintelligence, action items, and responses for meeting notes, Talking Points (TPs), data calls, andother CPIEB tasking.
Support development of functional requirements documentation for potential datamanagement tools.
Develop and support execution of project and communication plans related tointelligence program initiatives.
Develop and maintain SOPs, informational slicks, and methodology documentation,as assigned.
Administrative Analyst may be assigned to support the administrative needs of the executives, including calendar management, scheduling, communications, printing, and otherad hoc, general office support tasks.
Administrative Analyst must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
At least one year of experience managing and producing reports from electronic data.
At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MSPowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project.
At least one year of program management experience.
Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience incopyediting, print?publishing, or other formalized writing?heavy responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal ability demonstrated by at least one year of experience working on amulti?disciplined team or within a team?environment.
Familiarity with Web content management demonstrated by one year of experience workingwith Microsoft SharePoint.
