Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Project Manager to support our growth in Business Development. This individual will play an integral role in driving execution, managing calendars, reporting status updates, and managing to key milestones associated with our growth in Franchise, Product Licensing, & other channels. This individual will have direct exposure to business development, finance, supply chain, sourcing, and legal leadership.
What Will You Be Doing?
Lead the setup of new partnerships across franchise, product licensing, and other 3rd party channels
Establish and implement leading strategies to drive best in class communication and oversee execution of 3rd party across the organization
Assess cross-functional readiness for new 3rd party partnerships across leaders and team members from core functional areas within Abercrombie & Fitch
Help steer decision making for top leaders by providing relevant data and insights from multiple cross-functional partners
Plan and track milestone dates for key deliverables to advance progress, while managing and tracking expenses associated with new partner setup, recapping monthly to CFO and EVP of Business Development
Assist in navigating critical deliverables with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure new partnership setup allows for first product buys, store opening dates, and/or first product creation, while ensuring a smooth transition to key stakeholders after launch
Identify opportunities to more efficiently onboard and vet partners through internal processes and tools, and work with the appropriate parties to optimize as necessary
Establish metrics for success - Define and align on leading indicators of project success, including partner expectations, metrics, processes, and tools; Ensure processes are focused, sustainable, and deliver the right results
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functional teams. Ability to find a common solution despite competing priorities both internally and externally.
Excellent strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical business environment
Highly analytical with creative approach to problem solving
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast pace, high pressure environment
