The Right at Home Southern Maryland office is looking for a Recruiter to actively source talent into the organization. This position entails making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and working to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiring process for candidates that are in the talent pipeline.


Essential Functions:


RECRUITING



  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care

  • The primary point of contact for all caregiver concerns

  • Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization

  • Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully converts inquiries into appointments/interviews.

  • Interviews, screens, and tests applicants.

  • Participates in running recruiting events/job fairs.

  • Maintains documentation of associate work records in software systems and ensures current and complete personnel records for all caregiver associates.

  • Responsible and resource person for the day in and day out operations in the office

  • Focus on managing the coordination of caregiver concerns and emergent scheduling issues

  • Build lasting relationships with caregivers, referral sources, payors, and community organizations


OFFICE SUPPORT



  • Coordinate and work closely with the Caregiver Services division to maintain all caregiver disciplinary actions based on the employee handbook

  • Coordinating and completing assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the agency effectively.

  • Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, and goals and policies which assure compliance with the state.

  • Responsible for planning and resolving issues to maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

  • Serve as the liaison between families and Veterans Affairs SW and CM's new and existing clients and follow up on outstanding issues that need to be resolved before the issue with the resolution is reported to Administration.

  • Serve as a backup and resource person for all on-call issues.

  • Be available to be on-site during business hours, or immediately available by telephone when off-site conducting agency business for any client complaints and caregiver issues.

  • Be present on-site to answer questions regarding VA and/or the State of Maryland audits.

  • Resource person on Separation for employment for CG's unemployment claims.

  • Monthly reports status for Veterans

  • Managers Meeting and AR meetings


Additional (non-essential) Functions


1. Promotes agency to the community, participating in community programs with other professionals.


2. Represent the agency before the public as required.


3. The position may be remote but some in-office hours will be required


4. Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship




Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
