Qualifications

* Minimum of 7 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role

Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team, ensuring work meets industry standards and company expectations

* Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition for installations

* Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations

* Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency

* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
