SCEE Electrical are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our CBESS project team on an exciting Battery Storage Project in Collie, WA20th May, 2024

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team on our Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) Project located in Collie on a Full-Time project contract basis. This role is available on a 10/4 DIDO roster from Perth, with a local roster available for those residing in the Collie region.

Reporting to the Package Manager you be responsible for supporting the Package Manager with the plan, design and management of construction activities and processes.

In addition some of your key tasks will include

Creating, tracking and resolving technical queries with the companyPreparation of reports and schedule worksProviding data with regards to variation orders and site instructionsObservance of Safety RequirementsInterpret designs, diagrams, plans, layouts and schematicsAbility to analyse and resolve drawing and technical queriesPrepare technical specifications, engineering documents20th May, 2024

About YouTo be successful in this position you will hold tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and with at least 5 years experience in the heavy construction industry. You will have experience in managing sub-contractors and monitoring progress against schedules and scope of work.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the followingHigh level attention to detailStrong analytical and design skillsWell-developed stakeholder management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and clients.High level of commitment to safetyStrong computer literacy
