Job Family Software Development & Support (Digital) Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do

Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts including test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.Participate in or hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.Must have experience with Agile methodology and have worked in scrum teamsCreate clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases.What You Will Need

Associate or Bachelor s degree:Associate degree can be substituted with 2 additional years of experience; OrBachelor s degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of experience.US Citizenship or Green Card and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust3-12 years of Testing experienceExperience scripting using automated test tools to develop more complex test scenarios.Experience working on full lifecycle software development projects.Experience using automated test tools to record and play back test scripts.Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.Liaison with development, project management, and customer support.Strong written and oral communication skillsExceptional customer service skills.Strong time-management and prioritization skills.Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.Ability to apply and provide feedback on service operation model and practices.What Would Be Nice To Have
