Overview

JST is currently seeking a Information Technology Project Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position on-site in Washington, D.C. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Summary

The IT Project Manager shall provide support for the planning strategizing for project initiatives and project engagement. They will provide documentation, reporting, and briefing support as required. The IT Project Manager shall coordinate project and program activities and governance processes. They will coordinate, facilitate, monitor, and support interfaces with other IRS projects, initiatives, and programs to ensure cohesiveness between all IRS security initiatives. The IT Project Manger will provide acquisition support for supplemental solution planning and integration to address EDM risks, limitations, and gaps. They will support FISMA, OMB, TIGTA, and GAO requests or requirements. The IT Project Manager will coordinate with Cyber and Privacy stakeholders, as needed, to ensure that all required tasks are met.

Information Technology Project Manager Responsibilities

Produce thorough, clear, concise, and usable documentation, reporting, and briefing material

Produce standardized, complete, and useful status reports, presentations, reports, meeting-related records, and other documentation, as needed

The contractor will create a risk evaluation summary detailing potential impact and likelihood of occurrence

The contractor shall establish and abide by regular, organized stakeholder communications about all pertinent CIPEC EDM activities

The contractor shall conduct organizational readiness and stakeholder management activities to facilitate deployment and use of capabilities

Development and maintenance of gap analyses of current state compared with the future state

Support for implementation of capability testing to be conducted by the receiving organizations

Support of capability training across both receiving organization and implementation teams

Collection and execution of capability training requirements

Information Technology Project Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

10+ years of overall IT PM experience

Project Manager Certification

Required Clearances and Screenings

MUST be able to obtain a security clearance
