Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Case Management experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

2 years inpatient discharge planning experience is required

40 hours per week.

Must have large level 1, fast paced experience

Must work two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per contract

Must be prepared to float to different units

Attire: Business casual and white lab coat or royal blue scrubs
