We are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to begin working on a contractual basis to join our team. The opportunity to join us full-time is open to discussion for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in probate administration and litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and autonomy while collaborating with our team of legal professionals. If you are local to our office in Arizona, some days in office may be required. Responsibilities: Assist the owner/managing attorney in managing a variety of case matters. Conduct legal research and analysis related to probate cases. Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to wills, petitions, and probate pleadings. Collaborate with the owner/managing attorney to develop case strategies. Oversee or review work for entry-level associates, as needed. Conduct consultations, as needed. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years. Or another state but willing to get licensed in Arizona. Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. Familiarity with online legal research tools and case management software. Compensation: $125 - $180 hourly
