guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.As an

Employee Relations Manager at West Shore Home,

you will contribute to this mission by managing and responding to workplace concerns related to discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and violations of company policy through unbiased review, fact-finding, investigation, documentation, policy interpretation and articulation, performance related coaching, and recommendations for corrective action as

warranted

ContributeEnsure all investigations are unbiased, and consistent to ensure the company s treatment of employees is consistent with the company s core values, polices, and procedures.Track, evaluate and analyze trends of investigation determinations to

identify

areas of opportunity within the organization to present to the Human Resources Leadership Team and/or Legal Department to help develop active strategies, solutions, programs, and/or policies.Communicate regularly

regarding

pending investigations and provide

timely

investigation reports with detailed supporting documentation.Maintains

an understanding of legal requirements including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.What It Takes to SucceedSharp decision-making skills with compliance and our employees well-being in mindA strong attention to detail and ability to balance prioritiesAbility to work semi-autonomously with minimal supervisionBachelor s Degree, preferably a Human Resources concentrationHuman Resources certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)We Invest in YOUWe believe that when employees know they are valued and safe,
