What You ll Do:Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath

Maintain and update technical documentation

Follow and recommend improvements of good best practices, methodologies, QA/testing, policies, and procedures

Conduct functional and/or integration testing of multiple programs in an IBM mainframe or client/server environment

Use client or Contractor-developed documentation to construct test cases with predetermined results and test data to verify program functionality and/or interfaces through assigned systems

Review output to determine whether the test results fulfill the established requirements, and if necessary, notify the responsible programmers, both verbally and in writing, of errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in the programs and/or

documentation

Coordinate test activities with project

stakeholders

Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing

Provide inputs on the required testing level of effort for Unified Work Requests

Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions

Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree and 6 years of progressive IT experience; OR a Master s degree and 4 years of relevant work experience: OR 10 years of relevant work experience in the IT

field

3 years of software testing experience

3+ years development experience (2+ years as a Robotic Process Automation developer Federal experience preferred)

Experience leading the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies

Local to DC Metro area strongly preferred

Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder) in order to obtain and maintain a Position of Public Trust

clearance

Preferred Qualifications:Associate RPA Developer Certification (UiRPA)

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred

At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,297.00 - $124,135.00.
