Scope of Position

The People Leader will be responsible for leading a team of individuals focused on their growth and development as well as setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the highest value work to the org/customer is being delivered in an effective and efficient manner. The People leader will need to understand specific area(s) of customer's business applications or infrastructure, ensure effective delivery, work with cross-functional teams to manage releases and deliver products that help make the company vision a reality. The People Leader will need to understand specific area(s) of customer's business applications or infrastructure, ensure effective delivery and/or change/enhancement to those services in order to meet or exceed customer business expectations for those services, while achieving appropriate balance between quality of outcomes, risk to customer systems and customers, and the life cycle cost (from build to retire) of those services.

Position Summary

Serves as the leader in the planning, design, development, operational readiness, and support for infrastructure applications services. Manages teams responsible for cloud computing, automation, operation, maintenance, and support of the OSUWMC's cloud application environment. This will require both technical and leadership competencies to manage and help coordinates major initiatives, including multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and various administrative interfaces regarding technology with overall business/healthcare solutions. Manages projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact to the organization; leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments. Individual will help executing the strategy and will provide insight to leaders, peers and team members on our delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience managing workflows, process optimization and automation technologies.
