Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior Performance Management Analyst to join our team in supporting the organizational and management audit for the UC Program office. The ideal candidate will assess organizational strengths and weaknesses, analyze metrics aligned with program objectives, and provide recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency. This position plays a key role in identifying risks and opportunities for enhancement within the organization.

The Senior Performance Management Analyst will lead the assessment of organizational performance, develop metrics for evaluation, and synchronize recommendations with the current structure and workflow. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the alignment of recommendations with program objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in strategic planning and business development.

Education and Experience:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of industry-related experience in business development, program/performance auditing, and evaluation.
  • Experience in interpreting findings and developing business strategies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required.
  • Experience in developing metrics and evaluation strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret findings.
  • Knowledge of business development and strategic planning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience working in organizational management or auditing.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in performance management.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving performance improvement initiatives.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
