NOW HIRING: Activity Aide
- Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and exercise programs.
- Engage and interact with residents to promote socialization and a sense of community.
- Help residents with activities of daily living as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Set up and maintain activity areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe.
- Document residents' participation and behavior during activities.
- Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator and other staff members to develop and adjust activity programs based on residents' preferences and needs.
- Maintain a positive, compassionate, and patient attitude when working with residents.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Serious applicants
- LTC/SNF experience
