We are currently looking for full time drivers, but part time can also be discussed!We are looking for drivers with 1+ year of relevant driving experience. Which includes, but not limited to:* Step-vans* Box trucks* Cargo vans* Sprinter vansDelivery Driver Basic Requirements* Background Check* Drug Screen* Physical/DOT Card* Eligible to work in the U.S* Valid driver's license* 21 years oldDelivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities* Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.* Use hand-held device for routing information and customer delivery information.* Must be comfortable driving and working in varying Ohio weather conditions.* Load and unload packages to be delivered into and out of your vehicle* Lift, load, and deliver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly is provided)Compensation* Step Van & Box Truck Drivers - $175/day (no hourly rate)* Performance incentives for all drivers (perform well = higher earning POTENTIAL)* All drivers are paid bi-weekly* W2 positionBenefits* Paid Training* Paid Time Off* Medical, life, vision, dental, accident insurance* 401k + matchingOther Details* FedEx branded vehicle is provided* No CDL required* One weekend day is required* All shifts start at 8:00 A.M.* All routes are designed to take anywhere from 8-12 hours. There is no designated time for the end of each shift.* Clean Background Check* Pass a pre-employment Drug Screen* Ability to pass a physical or possession of a current DOT Medcard* Eligible to work in the U.S* Valid driver's license (CDL not required)* 21 years or older* Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.* Ability to deliver to both business and residential customers* Use hand-held device for routing information and customer delivery information.* Must be comfortable driving and working in varying Ohio weather conditions.* Load and unload packages to be delivered into and out of your vehicle* Lift, load, and deliver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly is provided)
