GEA provides turnkey cooling and heating installations, custom-engineered systems, compressors & compressor packages, chillers, controls, and heat pumps to meet precise temperature requirements.Performs routine engineering work assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.Support project engineers with the execution of standard and modified standard product contracts.Support project engineers with providing necessary contract documentation for external and internal customer requirements and subsequent follow-up assistance as required.Performs design, development, and/or analysis to support the implementation of manufacturing, customer drawings, and bills of materials.Works with Mechanical R&D team to maintain standard product documentation and drawings.Collaborate with Mechanical Product Development team to standardize new products.Executes standard product contracts per engineering processing instructions.Provides necessary contract documentation for customer/shop requirements and subsequent follow-up assistance as required.Coordinate with drafters to implement manufacturing and customer drawings and/or bills of materials.Engage with company sales agents, external and internal customers, and Service department to satisfy each of their needs.Performs other duties as assigned.Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:Associate of Mechanical Engineering or related field required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of project management fundamentals highly desired.Demonstrate collaboration with critical thinking skills and dedication to continuous improvement.Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, MS Teams preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the same industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detailed-oriented.Customer-oriented.Self-motivated.Ability to multi-task.Ability to thrive in a time-line driven environment.Well-developed interpersonal skills.Strong technical and analytical skills.Ability to problem-solve customer issues.Working at GEA Group has significant benefits:11 Paid HolidaysPTO - Paid Time OffMedical PlansDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings and Spending AccountsTuition Reimbursement401k with excellent employer matchWellness Incentive ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramGEA Group is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where all clients and employees feel welcomed, accepted and valued.
