Utilization of knowledge of corporate operating procedures which include, but are not limited to, project profitability, invoicing and collections, and business development. Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:Ensure safety is always prioritizedPlan, schedule and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work with clients, contractors and project team membersMake design recommendations, adaptations, and modificationsPossess the ability to take a project from concept to final completion with occasional supervisionAssist or advise personnel with final design and construction documentsMonitor project budget and schedule, understanding basic financial terms and concepts of profitabilityParticipate in business development and customer serviceDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Landscape ArchitectureLicensed as a Landscape Architect byappropriate authority3 years of applicable professional experienceMust possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving recordMust possess advanced reading, writing, math and computer skillsMust be comfortable communicating with the publicMust be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environmentWHO WE ARETriad Engineering, Inc.
