Job Title: Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Shifts Available: Sat & Sun 6 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm *shifts may be combined for longer hours.

Responsibilities:

As an LPN with Faithful Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide medication management and administration
  
• Provide incontinence care
• Provide oral suctioning and oral care
• Complete breathing treatments as ordered
• Provide supervision and safety assurance
• Provide all personal care
• Provide skin integrity checks
• Complete full patient assessments
• Communicate regularly with the RN case manager and PCP as needed.

Experience:

To excel in this role, candidates should have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in the field of home health.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• LPN License
  
• CPR (BLS Provider)
• 2 Forms of I.D

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in home health or home care
  
• 1 year of experience in medication management
• BLS Certification

Standard shift:

• Dayshift
• Eveningshift
• Nightshift

Weekly schedule:

• Everyweekend
• Rotatingweekends
• Weekendsas needed
