Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Project Manager supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at Ft Meade, MD.

What you will be doing:

* Supervise, lead, and coach Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance.

* Manage mission engineering activities to guide execution of the NC3 Enterprise Systems Engineering Plan.

* Assist the mission engineering team in producing studies, analysis reports, vulnerability assessments, and white papers for the NC3 Enterprise.

* Ensure technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.

* Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.

* Ensure quality mission engineering products are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies.

* Collaborate with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues.

* Coordinate and facilitate team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives.

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility

Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

Years of experience: At least five years military experience managing DoD Comm Systems and/or a Program of Record. Project Manager II must have at least five years of program management experience and two years of IT experience.

* Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills

* Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience:

* Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence

* NC3 experience

Benefits & Compensation:

Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.

* This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

* The base pay for this position ranges from $121,850 to $168,930 across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
