Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently recruiting for full time Dialectical Behavioral Therapists (DBT) with a specialty working with Adolescent patients for our Hunt Valley, MD location. We desire finding clinicians who are passionate about DBT,

We have full-time opportunities available for eager Therapists. Gladstone provides the following benefits to full time therapists:
Compensation Breakdown:
LGPC/LMSW:$125/individual session$150/group$100/consultation team
LCSW-C/LCPC:$150/indvidual session$175/group$100/consultation team
Payment to the therapist is not dependent on reimbursement from insurance companies.
Responsibilities
- Must be dedicated to providing comprehensive DBT.
- Conduct individual DBT therapy
- Facilitate skills groups
- Provide phone coaching to your clients
- Attend consultations
- Engage in supervision.
Requirements
- Prior Level 1 DBT training, with a preference for those who have provided DBT in the past.
- We will consider LGPCs/LMSWs with prior DBT training and experience and
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling , Psychology or associated field
- Licensed and in good standing to practice counseling/therapy in Maryland.
- Willingness to Learn and Grow.
