Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly, provide menu information, and assist with any questions they may have.
Accurately process orders and handle transactions, ensuring all payments are completed smoothly.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking supplies and keeping the area tidy.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Uphold food safety and quality standards, following all procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service is essential. Cashiers should have strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, patient, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
Attention to Detail: Cashiers need to be accurate when processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes.
Cash Handling: Familiarity with handling cash and using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important. This includes knowing how to count money, provide correct change, and operate relevant equipment.
Math Skills: Cashiers need to be comfortable with basic math calculations, as they will be handling transactions, providing change, and reconciling discrepancies
