As a ServiceNow Admin || Remote - Greater DC Area You will:
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
Clearance Required : PUBLIC TRUST
Requirements :
- Bachelor s Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience or master s with 3-4 years of prior relevant experience in ITSM administration.
- Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Administration
- Must clear DOJ Public Trust
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
- ITIL Foundations Certification a plus.
- Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
This is a Contract opportunity.
Location : Remote - with some travel to DC, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York
Contract : 6+ Month
Pay Rate : $65-75 /Per hour .
