IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. This will be an opportunity to learn and gain professional IT experience.

Job Duties

• Physical phone migration
• Imaging new laptops for deployment
• Decommissioning end of life systems (laptops and desktops)
• Documentation Consolidation possible effort if time permits.

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of IT job experience
