**Customer Service/Administrative Assistant**

**Customer Service/Administrative Assistant**We are working with a leading company in the food, confections and snack industry. We have a team of sales members who travel the country working with retailers and distributors. They are seeking a responsible, reliable, self-motivated full-time individual to assist our sales team with administrative duties and customer service responsibilities.Duties include but are not limited to:

Processing Purchase Orders

Working with manufacturers and customers via Outlook and phone

Follow-up and follow-through on current projects

Excel worksheets

Answering phones

Additional general office duties as needed

PowerPoint presentations

Receiving/Shipping Samples

Stocking the sample roomJob Requirements:

Multitasking and great phone skills are a MUST

At least 1 year's customer service experience

At least 1 years' experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Able to navigate a computer and computer programs

Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Strong communication skills
