What You ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Wexford Strategic Intelligence Analyst, you will provide subject matter advice at the strategic level to senior Government and military commanders in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), mission and assist with fusing operations and intelligence information focused on WMD and regional threat networks. You will produce white papers, regional threat analysis and assessments, short- and long-term assessments and produce products from customers RFIs. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases. You will build products that focus on Counter-Proliferation support key to DTRA and CCMD Priority Intelligence and Operational requirements and timelines. You will provide embedded and reach back support to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Improvised Threat efforts and operations executed by DTRA, committed warfighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and network activity and narrow the search space to conduct CWMD operations. As required, you will interact directly with DTRA Senior Staff and deployed intelligence consumers during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. You will assist in the preparation and the conduct of leader engagements with DTRA and commanders globally, to assist in developing processes that enhance situational understanding of WMD and improvised-threats, and the networks that employ or facilitate them to enable DOD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those threats.

More About the Role:

You will monitor and analyze tactical to strategic information to advise DTRA on new and emerging. You will answer requests for support from deployed teammates and other units, and working closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will work closely with other Counter-Proliferation and Strategic Intelligence Analysts to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted threat organizations while identifying trends, patterns, and key nodes. You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence. As required, you will brief intelligence assessments and may represent the client organization in fielding technical questions to support key assessments.

You ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Required Education: Bachelor s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor s degree. Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • At a minimum, one tour in a combatant command J2 or IC staff writing analytic products.

  • More than five years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.

  • Basic understanding of Intel-related databases, toolsets, and systems.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • More than five years of experience working at CCMD J2 or IC staff writing intelligence assessments.

  • More than 10 years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.

  • Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.

  • Expert understanding of Intel-related databases, toolsets, and systems.

  • Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.

  • Master s degree in Strategic Intelligence or Technical Intelligence
