Position Description:Serve as the Senior ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing solution design using best industry practicesTranslate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead.Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developersCollaborate with Junior ServiceNow application developer in implementing solution design per customer requirements and using best industry practices.Develop common UI components for re-use across the application portfolio, leveraging Angular JSEnsure code is in compliance with architectural standards and future directionCollaborate with UX engineers and designers to implement markup/designs

Skills Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related fieldMasters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience5 years of direct development experience with ServiceNowRequired Skills:5 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform that includes scoped/custom application development.5 years of experience in custom inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.5 years of experience configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow - UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles / Groups, Service Catalog, Reports, Dashboards, Inbound Actions and Notifications.5 years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflows2 years of Performance Analytics experience3 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and XMLs.Strong verbal and written communication skillsJavaScript design patterns (AMD, etc.)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Good HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular JS/Bootstrap 3 framework experienceServiceNow ServicePortal and widgets development experience508 compliance understanding
