- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
- The LPN must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid/Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
- At least 1 year professional experience as a nurse preferred
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- COVID vaccination required
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required.
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once
