Job Details
Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Pharmacist with 2+ years of inpatient pharmacy practice experience needed. Experience with Pyxis, EPIC, Compounded Sterile Product Preparation and Sterile IV Room is REQUIRED and must be in the work history notes or profile will be declined. Candidate must posses and maintain PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree. Active MD License and Covid vaccine or physician-signed/authorized medical declination are required at submission. All RTO is required at time of submission, or will be denied. Will consider local candidates.

Required Qualifications
