About the Position:
The S.E.A.M Team is pivotal in the growth and operation of our stores at Scenthound. They are focused on phone-based appointment setting, selling, and member engagement touchpoints while upholding the Scenthound standard of exceptional service to every customer.

A successful SEAM Team Rep is outgoing, self-motivated, an independent problem solver, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training path to become a Scenthound Manager!

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Sales experience and confidence (membership sales are highly valued!)
- Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
- Computer/ Technology proficiency
- A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness!
- Reliable transportation

Tasks:
- Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
- Drive key performance indicators - Lead Conversion and Membership Retention
- Follow up with potential members
- Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
- Manage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain memberships
Skills and Abilities:
- Confidence in selling services and products
- Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human!) and provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services
- Attention to detail
- Time-management; Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Accountability; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards
- Exceptional verbal communication and a comfortability in a 100% Phone-based environment
