We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to be a Technical Lead within the Single-Family Digital Product - Strategic Delivery.

Our Single-Family Automated Underwriting Risk Assessment (AURA) team is responsible for the strategic execution and delivery of key initiatives. We deliver on our mission through engagement with sellers with products and tools that support the expansion of equitable and balanced homeownership.

Your Impact:

This position provides comprehensive project management that supports technology delivery of Client Capabilities. The responsibilities include orchestrating and coordinating technology delivery in partnership and in sync with the business. You will operate as an extension of the product delivery teams with shared accountability for success. The expectation is that this individual will be knowledgeable, proactive, accountable, and effective at clearing a glide path for the product teams to focus on execution.

Experience with various technology methodologies is crucial because you will partner across multiple technology fields and business divisions running technology change as part of a larger organizational change. The requirements to this position include producing the full breath of technology work-efforts and project schedule while delivering comprehensive scope/vision to teams and leadership. While building out projects, you will be accountable for identifying delivery risks and developing mitigation plans. It is essential that you can tailor your communication and plans to various players, while being able to engage project team members, collaborators and executive leadership. The role requires strong project management soft skills in areas of facilitation, organization, and coordination, including the ability to influence and bring together numerous teammates to drive to key delivery dates.

Qualifications:
  • 8 - 10 years related Program/Project Management experience
  • College degree. Advanced studies/degree preferred
  • Seasoned Project Management skills - management of schedule (on-track), financials(on-budget) and scope plus risk, governance, and leadership communication
  • Experience with of large-scale transformative/modernization technology efforts
  • Mortgage / Financial Industry experience preferred
  • Technology background desired
  • Regulatory experience preferred
  • Microsoft Suite including Visio
  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advance PowerPoint Skills
  • Agile, Jira, SDLC, CSM experience preferred

  • Keen eye towards the customer and client needs
  • Ability to build roots by understanding the business and industry processes
  • Leverage PM best practices (e.g. RAID) along with being creative when needed.
  • Utilize your PM toolkit - pull from other proven methodologies when appropriate
  • Desire to solve issues, finding that path forward for the organization and team

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
